How Is The Treatment Performed?
During your in-office procedure, your specially trained physician will begin by marking the areas of desired lift on your skin. No general anesthesia is required for treatment, and your physician will only use a local anesthetic to numb the area before inserting the sutures. Once numb, the physician will gently insert a needle to a depth of 5mm and guides it through the subcutaneous tissue of the mid-face or cheek and extract at each bi-directional exit point. Rather than just repositioning the skin, Silhouette instaLift focuses on the underlying layers of the skin that are the cause of sagging skin.
The procedure involves numbing the face and then inserting a series of tiny threaded biodegradable cones in and around the cheeks and jawline. The cones are made of the same material as medical stitches and work to gently tighten the skin. The sutures with bi-directional, resorbable cones will hold the skin in place, and those same sutures will be absorbed by your body over time, making them not permanent. What To Expect After Treatment

- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and UV light for 2 weeks
